NOMYX Logistics Solutions LLC respects the privacy of website visitors and business contacts. This notice explains how information is handled through this website.
Information you choose to provide
The support inquiry and independent driver interest forms send the information you enter from the website server to the NOMYX business email. NOMYX also stores form submissions in a secure database on its hosting server so authorized personnel can review, respond to and track them. The database is not publicly accessible and access to the administrative dashboard is restricted. Email systems and normal business records may also retain the resulting correspondence. The driver form does not request a Social Security number, date of birth, driver license number, medical information, banking details or identity documents.
Spam prevention and operational records
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare receives technical information needed to provide that verification under its own privacy terms. The website keeps short-lived rate-limit and duplicate-control records and retains minimal security events for up to 14 days. These records include a keyed hash of the network address, a timestamp, an event reason and a correlation ID; they do not include the inquiry message body.
Cookie-free website analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views, visits, browser performance and similar aggregate usage information. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or track individual visitors across websites. The analytics beacon receives limited technical data needed to produce aggregate metrics. NOMYX uses these reports to understand website use and improve performance. NOMYX does not use this service to build advertising profiles.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not include protected health information, patient data, payment credentials, Social Security numbers, controlled government information, export-controlled information or confidential contract documents through the website inquiry form. Contact NOMYX to arrange an approved transmission method for sensitive material.
Business communications
Information received may be used to respond to an inquiry, evaluate a service requirement, prepare a quotation, maintain business records and satisfy legal or contractual obligations.
Third-party services and links
This website may use or link to external services and documents. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. NOMYX does not sell personal information submitted through business inquiries.
Retention and security
Customer inquiries are scheduled for retention for up to 24 months. Closed driver submissions are scheduled for retention for up to 12 months after closure. Automatic deletion is currently turned off and will not be enabled without owner approval. Records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for operational, contractual, legal or recordkeeping purposes. No method of electronic communication is completely secure.
